This is an all NEW lance to the UK market with a multiple adjustment fan/ mixer feature so you can get ideal coverage. In addition this lance features a custom injector/ gauze to maximise foam thickness even with low pressure machines such as the Karcher K2. The wide neck fill bottle also helps prevent spills when filling up. Ideal 👍

1.16 All orders that are received, will be dispatched from our store by our chosen couriers, within 48hrs of being subject to the necessary security checks and payment clearances*
1.17 *Packing Time: In some cases, it can take us up to 48 hours (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays) for us to process and arrange for the courier to dispatch your parcel from our premises so please allow for this at the time of ordering. All our stated delivery times already include this period, so for example our 'Next Day Express Delivery' will be sent 'Next Day' from the time of dispatch and so on, NOT the time of which you placed the order.
1.18 Force Majeure: Car Care Connoisseurs shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
1.19 Please allow for up to 5 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.
1.20 When using our 'Local Collection' especially, during the current COVID-19 pandemic, PLEASE wait for our Email/Text Message notification to say that your order is ready for collection before visiting us to collect, as we take both our own and your safety extremely seriously during these current times, and therefore ALL collections are currently on an appointment ONLY basis to adhere with our strict social distancing protocols we have in place, which include the wearing of face coverings on-site to help minimise the possible spread of any infection/virus's.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1.21 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
1.22 Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
1.23 To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
1.24 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
1.25 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
1.26 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
1.27 You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
(a) medicinal products or services that are either dispensed on prescription or are available free under an NHS arrangement.
(b) a contract for passenger transport services - such as bus, rail or flight tickets.
(c) the supply of goods or services where prices are dependent upon fluctuations in the financial markets, which are beyond the control of the retailer.
(d) the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.
(e) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly - such as a delivery of fresh flowers or meat.
(f) the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
(g) the supply of accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance - for example, hotel bookings, courier services, car hire, restaurant bookings and theatre tickets for specific dates.
1.28 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) unseal audio, video recordings or computer software that were sealed at the time of delivery.
(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
Buy Now, Pay Later
Buy Now, Pay Later options are available via both Clearpay & Laybuy.
Please be aware: that orders are only processed and sent out once Clearpay or Laybuy have processed your order and transferred the funds into our account (this especially the case for high value orders!), this usually causes a few days delay (excluding weekends and bank holidays) before we can then send out the orders to you.
Your orders will then be sent out as normal using your chosen shipping option and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you at this point.
