DCUK CERBONIX Warranty gives the freedom of choice, being tailor-made for you and your car’s lifestyle. An exclusive warranty system, available with the DCUK Ceramix & Carbonix Renew, Renew PRO, Carbonix Ultimate, Ceramix Ultra PRO/HD coatings and is based on clear and honest rules defined by the maintenance you decide to follow for your vehicle.

• CERBONIX Warranty is offered only by DCUK Certified Detailers who have access to Ceramix & Carbonix Renew/Renew PRO, Carbonix Ultimate, Ceramix Ultra PRO/PRO HD with the CERBONIX Warranty Package (Plastic Warranty Card, Service Book, Hologram with Serial Number).

• The warranty has to be registered online via the applying detailer within 30 days since the car has been picked up.

• The required maintenance is followed as per maintenance schedule outlined by the applying Accredited Detailer

• The periodical maintenance is carried out on time. 

DCUK warrants that during 5 years and above depending on your chosen DCUK maintenance routine, a Ceramix Renew PRO, Carbonix Ultimate, Ceramix Ultra PRO/HD coated vehicle paintwork will not lose its gloss, will be protected against most elements, will retain its self-cleaning abilities, will allow easier removal of bird dropping, organic contamination, tar deposits, bugs and acid marks. The chosen coating will retain its beading/sheeting properties for at least 18 months once correct maintenance is followed and the vehicle is not exposed to extreme
conditions. 

DCUK does not warrant the protection against any types of damages or failure than the one mentioned above.

5 YEARS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE FULFILLED:

• Application of Ceramix Renew PRO, Carbonix Ultimate, Ceramix Ultra PRO/HD was performed by a DCUK Certified Detailer listed on detailedcustomsuk.co.uk while application has been performed.

• The process was performed strictly by the rules of the manufacturer and most up to date user manual.

• The warranty has been registered online within the first 30 days since it has been issued.

• DCUK Certified Detailer should keep a record of the bottle of coating used on his customer’s car's serial number and store it for the whole period of the warranty.

• The vehicle has not been washed with any detergents in the period of the first 14 days to allow the curing process of the coating to happen.

• The car has not been washed in an automatic or commercial car wash.

• After the DCUK initial service, the vehicle has not been serviced by any other detailing company that is not approved by DCUK (including dealerships and workshops).

• CERAMIX or CARBONIX SUDZ, TSUNAMI or CQD/GQD have been used at least once every 3 months for maintenance purposes.

• The warranty is valid only for the registered owner and is not transferable.

• The warranty is void on damaged or repaired panels.

CERBONIX WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE FULFILLED ON TOP OF THE ABOVE ALREADY MENTIONED:

• The CERBONIX Warranty is valid as long as the customer respects the periodical services routine with his/her selected DCUK Certified Detailer. If a service has not been done on time or skipped the CERBONIX Warranty is void, but the customer may benefit from the regular 3 year warranty.

• The warranty (3 years or CERBONIX) is valid only under the above listed conditions and does not cover any types of damage or failure other than those listed above.

• The warranty will not be accepted without the initial service invoice. – DCUK will not accept any warranty claims from any vehicle users other than its owner registered online.

• The warranty period starts on the date the CERBONIX Warranty service book has been signed by the certified detailer.

• DCUK will not be held responsible for damage caused by improper use of the vehicle, track use or any surface damage caused by accidents or vandalism.

• The warranty is not transferable or valid for commercial vehicles.

• DCUK will not be held responsible for lost business, profits or for any losses or additional costs relating to submitting or for the duration of warranty claims.

• After the DCUK initial service, the customer must maintain his coated vehicle following the DCUK Maintenance Rules available at: gyeonservices.com/en/maintenance

• To benefit of the CERBONIX Warranty, the periodical maintenance services must be carried out by a DCUK Certified Detailer or DCUK Mobile Certified Detailer every 18 months or 15k miles.

• Customer needs to periodically maintain vehicle with the above listed DCUK maintenance products.
